About the Role:
Join KidStrong Elmwood Park as a Kids Coach for our dynamic Kids Training Program! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about fostering children's physical and emotional development through engaging activities and training sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead fun and interactive training sessions for children aged 4-11.
- Design and implement age-appropriate fitness programs to enhance physical skills.
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth in all participants.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe and positive environment during all activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.
- Participate in team meetings and training to improve coaching techniques.
- Foster a love for fitness and healthy habits in young athletes.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a coaching or teaching capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background in physical education, child development, or a related field preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Ability to motivate and inspire children to achieve their best.
- Friendly, energetic, and patient demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
